ENG301 Assignment Question No 1:

A communication barrier is anything that prevents a person from receiving and understanding messages. In a virtual setting, a physical barrier occurs due to technological error during communication, noise or the inability of the speaker to carefully enunciate words. Keeping this in view, write a dialogue between a sales representative of a furniture company and a customer about the shipment of furniture items. The dialogue should highlight the distortion of the message caused by technical glitches during a Skype call. (10 Marks)

It tends to reveal the sender’s feelings and preferences more spontaneously and honestly than the verbal part.
